Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated.
• Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee (charged by Stripe).
• Interac e-Transfer payments have no additional fees.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

2. Ticket Transfers

• Some tickets may be transferable. Check your ticket details to confirm eligibility.
• Transferable tickets may be reassigned to another person by contacting us prior to the event.
• The Organizer is not responsible for tickets transferred or sold through unauthorized third parties.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the event venue, date, time, program, or performers.
• If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
• We will notify you of significant changes via email.

4. Attendee Conduct

• Attendees must behave respectfully and follow all venue rules.
• The Organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves inappropriately. No refund will be given.

5. Personal Information

• We collect your name, email, phone number, school name, and country of residence to process your booking and send event communications.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

7. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, government orders).
